In an effort to save paper, the Volunteer Opportunity Guide is now on-line.  Click on one of these links English Spanish to download.

Please complete a new or renewal DISD application for the 2011-2012 year, at https://www2.dallasisd.org/partners/volreg_form.cfm (be sure to scroll down). It takes just minutes and is required by DISD. The confirmation sheet must be printed and returned to the school, before you can volunteer. This is in addition to the Lakewood volunteer sign-up sheets.

Box Tops

Submit your valid box tops in an envelope or a baggie in multiples of 5. On the outside write the students name and number of box tops included. Every child will receive a small prize on collection days.
