Carnival Sign Up Parties

In case you missed the auction tables at the carnival, we still have a few spots left at some of the great sign-up parties (descriptions).  Please let Julie Walter know if you're interested in purchasing a spot at one of the parties at julie.walter@sbcglobal.net or 214-693-4380!

Remember -- all of the money collected for these parties goes directly to Lakewood PTA.  The hosts underwrite the cost of the event.  All you have to do is sign-up, pay, and have fun!!  Your kids have a blast and our school benefits!

Box Tops

Submit your valid box tops in an envelope or a baggie in multiples of 5. On the outside write the students name and number of box tops included. Every child will receive a small prize on collection days.

Sign up for the Box Tops e-mail newsletters at www.btfe.com/2008 before 12/31/2008 to earn 5 Bonus Box Tops. You must read the e-mail and click the "click here to claim 5 Bonus Box Tops" for our school to receive the credit.

You can also place on-line orders and enter sweepstakes on their website to earn extra box tops.

Please complete a new or renewal DISD application for the 2009-10 year, at https://www.dallasisd.org/partners/main.htm. It takes just minutes and is required by DISD. The confirmation sheet must be printed and returned to the school, before you can volunteer. This is in addition to the Lakewood volunteer sign-up sheets.
