Message from Principal Thompson

Dear Families,

As we come to a bittersweet end of our 21-22 school year, we celebration all the growth, leadership, learning and joy present in our classrooms each day! I am so proud of all of Stallions for their hard work, effort, perseverance, and kindness. Throughout each joyful moment  and challenge we’ve overcome, you have remained steadfast in your commitment to our mission and vision.

At Lakewood we truly are a community of leaders, valued individuals and problem solvers who advocate for all. We rise when we fall, exhibit empathy and celebrate diversity at every opportunity! We couldn’t have made this year so successful without all of your generosity, support, and encouragement. Thank you to our Lakewood families for making our school such a special place for all! Thank you to our phenomenal teachers who lead the way for our Stallions each and every day.

This summer I you relax, rejuvenate and gear up for a great 22-23 school year!

Stallion Strong

Principal Thompson

NEW ANNOUNCEMENTS
THANK YOU MEREDITH!

Have you seen this amazing woman who has, for 2 months, been outside working on our gorgeous mural?  MEREDITH CONLY, mother of Evelyn and Chapel, designed, drew by hand, and has now painted several coats of the entire enormous mural herself. With the help of volunteers and staff, Meredith's tireless work has made Wendover a happier place for our whole campus and community.

Meredith, on behalf of our whole Lakewood School, thank you for your vision and your dedication to taking this project all the way to the finish line...we can never repay you! What a GIFT you've given us.
