Garden Spruce Up Saturday 2/25

We are in need of volunteers to help spruce up the school gardens for the spring! Please sign up here for one hour shifts or more on February 25. Bring shovels, gloves, water bottle and wheelbarrows if you have any.

Please sign up under parent name. Please include your children or extra family members under your individual sign up slot.

Student volunteers will receive a free dress pass!

New Year, new Lunch Bunch! You asked, and we have made one BIG change from fall—SHORTER SHIFTS!  But we are still in need of parent volunteers!  Even if you haven't previously volunteered or been to a training, Lunch Bunch is open for ALL parents to step in and take a shift.

10:15-12:00 for K-2 (6 spots)

11:45-1:30 for 3-5 (4 spots)

Volunteers supervise the students in the cafeteria so the teachers don't have to. This is a critical role to give teachers back time to lesson plan and work. Please sign up to be a lead volunteer if you have attended training or if you volunteered in the fall.

The sign up for February is available now here

LOLA EDUCATION

Our nature-themed LOLA education classes will begin in February for our Kinder, 1st, and 2nd grade classes.

We’d love for parent volunteers to help assist!

All volunteers MUST have an updated VOLY registration.

Check in at the front office and meet Lisa Dolliver (Dallas Arboretum) in the LOLA 5-10 minutes before your child's LOLA session starts for instruction. Volunteers may help with set up/clean up, take action photos, assist students with hands-on activities, etc.
