LWE 75th Anniversary Open House

Whether you're a former Stallion, a current Lakewood family, a former teacher or simply a neighbor who loves Lakewood, we'd love to welcome you back for a special 75th Anniversary Community Homecoming on Saturday, November 7, from 2–4 PM!

As part of the 50th Annual Lakewood Home Tour, hosted by the Lakewood Early Childhood PTA (LECPTA), we're opening the school's doors for an afternoon of memories, nostalgia and Stallion pride!

Here's what's planned:

• 2:00 PM: New school flag dedication and raising with Woodrow Wilson High School JROTC and Lakewood Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts.

• 2:30 PM: Multigenerational Stallion photo in front of the school. We'd especially love to see families with multiple generations of Lakewood alumni!

• 2:30–4:00 PM: School tours led by Lakewood Student Council.

• Throughout the afternoon: Historical photographs and memorabilia dating back to 1951, a warm welcome from Lakewood Cheerleaders, a chance to visit the chicken coop with our Chicken Crew and to see the famed Lakewood Outdoor Learning Area (LOLA) with our Master Gardeners!

This event is open to everyone! Bring your family, reconnect with old friends and walk the halls where generations of Lakewood memories were made.

Please help us spread the word! Tag your Lakewood friends, share with alumni and former teachers, and invite neighbors who might enjoy celebrating this special milestone with us.
